Cookies are awesome, people working there are so nice. My only issue is you can’t tip the workers when you pay by credit card. Management needs to take care of their workers!

The cookies were amazing.and the customer service was impeccable. The persona assisting was was enan. He was radiant and very sweet and very positive

I went to 3 location on a mission for these cookies I got them by the 4th try and was happy this place is so expensive 😩 however they honored the sale price. I had a coupon that disappeared before me an the staff 😒 I was super upset I spent so much 😭 with the company I told her and I told her about the scan for point system I asked other locations if it exists they said no yesterday 😳 I found out that was not true and i miss out on alot i mean alitof cool stuff I am so happy I met them they explained the company and customer perks I figured a raise is in order. I was very happy with my experience.. 5 stars and thank you. 125 church st location I love ❤️.

I visited this location earlier in the week, September 2021. I didn’t even know this store was here, I discovered this location while walking through the neighborhood. I was surprised I didn’t get an email from Insomnia Cookies to inform me of the new location as I am a part of their loyalty program and I receive emails about promotions. Of course, the aroma of the cookies was mesmerizing and I had to go into the shop for some goodies. The shop is quite small not a lot of standing room. The staff was very hospitable and polite. It was maybe a 5-minute wait for me to order. The store accepts cash and/or card. If you sign up for their loyalty program you can earn points from your purchases and score a coupon to use in the future. The only downside to this is you must scan your loyalty app in the store to gain the points, the company doesn’t allow you to gain points later on if you forget to scan. I purchased a six pack and one cookie was overcooked and hard. All the others were just fine. I still have some in my cookie jar and they are still soft. I’m glad this Insomnia Cookies is in this area and I no longer have to travel near Bowling Green to satisfy my craving. Give
